Album design:

It's super-easy and really good fun to personalise your album!

Grab yourself a cup of tea (or something sparkly - you've just got married after all!) and follow the five steps through as I guide you through the process.
Step 1: Selecting your favourite images
The number of photographs within a wedding album varies a lot between couples, from 50 up to 500! The average is around 150 photographs. A helpful guide is to allow, on average, one page for every five photographs.
I would say don’t worry too much about how many pictures you are choosing, just try to select images that tell the story of your special day, while making sure all of your favourite photographs are in there!

Every photo has a number at the end of the file name, make a note of the number of each image you’d like to feature in your album. Alternatively, mark your selected photos as favourites within your online gallery.
Step 2: Choosing your front cover design

The album covers are black and made of gorgeous velvet-feel smooth touch material.

There are four exciting options for personalisation:

-
The front cover can be left blank
-
The front cover can be UV-printed with customised text chosen by you (for example, your names and wedding date)
-
The front cover can be printed with a design, for which the options are:

A
B
C

Step 3: Choose your inside covers

The inside covers (shown in the picture) can be personalised. Again, there are four options for personalisation:

-

Step 4: Ordering your album and extras

All albums feature black covers made of velvet-feel smooth touch material and have a luxurious look and feel. All your images are printed on Fujicolor Professional photographic paper with a photographic lustre finish to images.

All main albums are 12x12 inches and feature a presentation box, front cover, and inside covers personalised with uv-printed text and designs as you have chosen above.
Smaller duplicate albums available (8x8 inches or 6x6 inches) and are ideal for parents, family, and friends. Instead of a box, these albums are presented in a luxury thick black material bag to allow the album to be kept safe. The inside covers are blank (black for 8x8 inches, and white for 6x6 inches), and the front covers can be left blank or personalised with up to three lines of text - please specify your choices when prompted below.
Step 5: Approving your album

Now I have all your preferences, I'll get working on your album design and layout asap! Usually I'll try to use your selected images to tell the story of the day and group images sensibly together on pages. As a general rule, I'll allow (on average) one page for every five photographs.
I'll then send you across a designed album for you to look through and approve or request any changes to (if so desired). There is no limit to the number of changes you can make before you're ready to approve your album as it's very important that you're completely happy with it!

Once you're completely 100% happy with your album design, I'll send over an invoice online. If you've ordered multiple copies of your album.

As soon as the invoice is paid I'll get your very special order sent off to the photographic laboratory, who will produce your custom-made album to order. It's generally only a couple of weeks' wait from this point. How exciting!
