Everything lined up fantastically for Eleanor and Joe's pre-wedding shoot. The location, the weather, the light, the tide - it was all perfect.
Eleanor and Joe chose a really quiet, secret beach in Northumberland for their shoot. It's a really special place for them, and I felt humbled that they were sharing it with me for the shoot.
We met at golden hour, just as the sun was setting, and ended up with some beautiful orange light as a result. It also helped that they weren't afraid of getting a bit wet, as this meant we could get some fantastic shots of the two of them paddling about in the sea.
The two of them are clearly very happy together and I know they will have a beautiful wedding at St Chad's College in Durham this summer. I can't wait to photograph there again!
