What they say: If you don’t have Ed as your wedding photographer then you are missing out!
From the very moment I met Ed at a wedding show, I knew he would be the perfect photographer to capture our wedding day. The one thing we loved was his relaxed approach to photos.
We had Ed booked for just over 2 years, and throughout the years he kept in contact, offering support where needed or asking how we were getting on with our wedding planning. He was never pushy and was a just a joy to be in contact with.
On our wedding day Ed was amazing! He got involved and laughed along with us, even holding my dress to avoid it getting wrecked! He found beauty in everything and looking back at our wedding photos it’s the little moments throughout the wedding day, whether it’s a decor detail, closeup on someone’s face or a hug he’s taken a picture of that are the most beautiful.
Ed did beyond his job for the day and truly felt like one of our guests. Such a wonderful, friendly person to be around.
Ed, thank you so much for everything you have done. You have captured our wedding day perfectly and we couldn’t be any happier with our photos!

Steph and Dan were married at St Paul's Church in Hunwick before having their wedding reception at Beamish Hall. Their wedding was so beautiful and full of love. It was clear to see how much they love each other and how perfect they are for each other.
I was so happy when Steph and Dan asked me to be their Beamish Hall wedding photographer. It is one of my favourite County Durham wedding venues. The venue itself is simply stunning with surrounding gardens that serve as a truly beautiful backdrop for wedding photographs.
Dan got ready with his groomsmen at home and Steph and the bridal party had their hair and makeup at The Quarry Teahouse in Durham. I loved the quirkiness of the teahouse. I've never photographed a bridal prep anywhere quite like it and I really enjoyed it.
Steph and Dan had a couple of extra-special moments on the day, the ceremony and the evening reception; "Being able to sing and dance with all of our family and friends again - we had such an amazing night!"
The readings were very special during their service as one was especially written by a close friend and was a message to us from our family and friends. A nice personal touch was the Limoncello favours for guests at the wedding breakfast as they were engaged in Sorrento.
To future brides and grooms, they say "Just enjoy every moment as before you know it the day is upon you and goes in such a flash. Also, find a moment in the day to spend alone and soak in the fact you have just gotten married! It makes all the difference to your day.
